North Austin Remodel

EliotJ Construction did a remodel that was designed by Hobbs' Ink.  What a beautiful result!  The remodel was done inside of a 20 year old remodel which had low ceilings and was a little broken up.  Check out this great end product...Flickr Group.

Avenue G Remodel

This past week I took photos of an extensive remodel that was done by Pro Care Construction, designed by Hobbs' Ink.  As Austin continues to grow, this type of in town renovation is becoming more and more common. Areas that languished for years as "student housing" are now being viewed as "in town" and are experiencing strong revivals as people move away from the suburbs and push toward the city center.  The Flickr photo set is here.

Parade of Homes - 2010

Hobbs' Ink designed this home for the 2010 Parade of Homes, and it was built by Triton Custom Homes.  What a beautiful home!  Interior design was done by PPDS, and as you can see, it is mid century fabulous.  I got to take these pictures while James Bruce took the official pictures.  I'd have to say that he took some great pictures, as did Merrick Ales.  OK, I have a LOT I can learn from these 2 guys, but here are mine to look at.....
