This past week I took photos of an extensive remodel that was done by Pro Care Construction, designed by Hobbs' Ink. As Austin continues to grow, this type of in town renovation is becoming more and more common. Areas that languished for years as "student housing" are now being viewed as "in town" and are experiencing strong revivals as people move away from the suburbs and push toward the city center.
